Ordering - Please include $35.00 for shipping on most items.
Extra charges may apply on special items. We accept certified funds, cashiers
checks, money orders, or personal checks upon approval. Merchandise is held
until your check clears. Full payment of the purchase price is required before
shipping.
Shipping - All items are shipped UPS Insured. Please allow
5-7 business days for delivery. Overnight & 2nd day available at additional
cost.
Return Policy - We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with
a three day return policy (minus shipping charges) on all firearms. Immediate
notification is required by telephone (805.584.9585) on any item to be returned.
Notification must occur within the three day limit period. All returned items
must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
Terms - All used firearms are sold "as is" with
no warranty either expressed or implied. All guns are sold as antiques or collectors
items and are not guaranteed as safe or intended for actual use unless inspected
by a competent gun smith. Purchasers assume all liability for any firearms or
merchandise purchased from Bullseye Sporting Arms. All modern firearms purchased
will require shipping to a licensed dealer. A signed copy of the Federal Firearms
license(FFL) will have to be on file before the firearm can be shipped.
Consignments - Please contact me for consignment sales. A
10-15% charge will be applied to all guns upon determining a fair price. I am
actively seeking high grade firearms and will travel within the U.S. to find
them.
